Spent quite some time reconfiguring this one; lost two whole, much loved, lines because they spoiled the whole line of the dress i was trying to make. Still it feels much better now. We are right back to just after Joyce's funeral, and Dawn's 'adventure' with Spike afterwards.

Lisa's message staring back at her, accusing, whenever she switched her computer on.
Why had she been such a bee-yatch to her at Mom's funeral?
Dawn knew that Tara was here; refusing to blame her for their fight, when she wanted to be with Willow.
“Have to go back sometime, Dawnie; can't put school off forever.”
She looked up, seeing Tara holding a plate out to her.
“Pancakes?”
Which only added to her guilt-y.
She shrugged, and Tara pouted.
And the pancakes did smell nice, and breakfast suddenly seemed so normal.
So did school.
Smiling at Tara, she e-mailed Lisa, and followed Tara downstairs.
