I think she was/is Bi but, as in real life it is how Willow herself identifies herself that is important. I like to think that, over time, Tara would have had helped educate Willow without denying her the right to identify herself as she wishes.
It's actually a theme I shall be trying to explore with my Faith/Tara fics as they progress.
Bi Invisibility is always something TV has engaged in. Happens every time they need a character to 'go gay' for dramatic purposes.

I can only think of ONE realistically portrayed Bi character in all of the TV and Movies I have watched. Callie Torres on Grey's Anatomy.
